Friday afternoon Trek
I really think my Trek Fuel 80 was the last bike off the production line at 5pm on a Friday. I got it at the start of the year and here's the story so far.

January - Headset replaced due to it coming loose all of the time.
February - Rear Caliper bolts come loose as I'm on a fast downhill, caliper comes off mounting, rips brake hose and lies useless on the ground.
March - Bottom Bracket comes loose.
May - Notice crack in rear swing arm. LBS and Trek agree to replace.
June (last week of) Finally get bike back after swing arm replaced,Trek send replacement parts on a holiday around the caribbean,
June (1 day after getting it back) Goes back to LBS to have play in crank/bottom bracket investigated. Replacement Bottom Bracket and Crank ordered.
July 31st (get bike back)
August 10th Take back to LBS for play in rear wheel to be investigated. Replacement bearings ordered.
August 30 (get bike back) Need to order replacement disc due to heat damage, suspect disc flexing caused the bearing failure.

Am I doing something wrong or is this bike a lemon?

My Trek 2100 road bike is great, no problems at all.
