It gets worse. Men who weren't "fruitfull" were taken hostage by the women and publically humiliated by them. Likewise, women had to take all their clothes off once a year so the men could see them in their true form, as it were. The idea behind that was to encourage the women to look good and not get plump.

It looks good. So much to do, though. I need a new shelter with zips to keep the boat dry. I need new rubbing strips plus anti-fouling. The engineer will wire it all up, though. I purchased both an ammeter and a voltmeter, plus a spring ignition switch. I'm going to have 2 batteries as well, domestic and engine.

While we are brought together by a common interest, its amazing how much time we spend beating each other up. Starts as a simple quesiton "newbie needs to ..." After a few posts, we start to disagree with each other and sometimes get personal. Slanging matches over 5mm of crank, number of teeth on those congs, etc etc. I wonder if I went over to a HiFi forum, if there would be slanging matches over which speaker cable to use...

The Soapbox is tamer than the forum where a lawyer had someone sacked for unauthorised internet use ,in argument about...cats!
It's much tamer than the sailing forum that I used to be on where they turned an argument about sails into a screaming match where they accused each other of pedophilia!(I stayed right out of that one,but it was funny to read...the screaming match went on for 2 years).

Do you think that america would elect a woman president?I rather think that there are too many conservatives in the heartland who would see hilary's place as being in the kitchen.Republican or democrat...I don't think they are that progressive.Stranger things (thatcher) have happened though.

Given the circumstances however of a failed republican foreign policy that is leading us all to the poorhouse, it may be possible to elect someone especially if they are not republican. I may process my visa for Craggy Island if we get another quasi-fascist in office.

Women are frequently denied career opportunities,so all our staff should be women.
Young people often have difficulty getting experience,so all the women should be aged between 18-25.
The citizens of smaller nations should receive priority...Sweden, Denmark, and Holland.
We will require security...The policewomen of Holland are the most highly trained in "Personal protection".I personnally can attest to their high level of fitness.
Taxpayer's expense...it would be insulting to the taxpayers if their representatives were not treated with dignity and respect,accomodation-wise.
Negotiations will continue until solutions is reached,no matter how long this takes.
We are totally committed to the process of democracy!
