Homemade sports drink recipe!?

A while back I read about a 'homemade' sports drink (ie gatorade substitute) made with unsweetened kool-aid packet, sea salt, honey, etc... but that's all I remember about it. Does anyone have this recipe or a link to the thread? (used search to no avail)
