Hello!
I'm new to road bikes after some years of mountain biking. I've simply taken my Polar CS200 and put it on the road bike. So now I have cadence, speed and heart rate.
I've since read that forum users are training with power meters and I'd like to give that a try. I don't want to have yet another display and I'm happy with my Polar sensors.
Does anyone know whether the Polar outputs from the heart strap and wireless sensors can be used on the Power tap?
Rich
The HR strap might work with a PT (if it's non-coded) but the speed sensor won't.
But if you don't want another display, your only choice is the Polar Power attachment. Many complain about it being fiddly, but if you get it set up correctly it seems OK for some. Do a search and you'll find some people that are quite happy with it.
