on a completely 'irrelated' topic, I've been using the big rubber ball as a chair for a few weeks, and this has coincided with an improvement of my sore back/hip
one of these? :D

So were they ever halfway decent bikes like say Schwinn, Malvern Star, etc and then the name got sold and they became crap bikes? Or did they start out as crap bikes and never improve?
Masi.
I can't recall a name going from its position of great esteem, respect and name for quality to the bottom of the taiwanese mass produced crap barrel it now resides in.

One of these?!!yeah
I recommend, if you're gunna start do any back extensions, or even rear leg raises, proceed with extreme caution. I reckon I've done more harm than good doing leg raises.

yeah, leaving my back well alone.
Just using it as a seat for now... waiting to see what the physio recommends tomorrow.
Spent yesterday wandering along the beach with the young 'uns at Hallam yesterday... walking in soft sand made my back feel better.
Was it too windy or something? hardly any bikes going past.

I think Matagi just has a warped mind :p
Us sheep shaggers used to have an upper house till the early 1950s when they voted themselves out of existence (on the orders of the new PM.) Pretty much all they had done up till then was rubber stamp everything that came their way and sample the port in the parliamentary bar.

Was it too windy or something? hardly any bikes going past.ah, don't get me started!! I see more guys out on Beach Rd. when it's frosty, still, and 9 degrees than I do when it's windy and 15 degrees. A lot them dudes are scared of being exposed with a big headwind! :)

Ok, yooz can laugh at me all you want, I don't care, coz this might help someone. This is how I stretch across my bed with the big rubber ball. My physio said it was a good idea. :) I can do it for about 15mins before it gets a bit uncomfortable. The weight of my hanging legs seems to be more than enough to stretch my back. I kinda hurts, but it kinda feels good at the same time
