cycle routes to cornwall

this is my first posting on this website so:) i apoligise if this is on the wrong part of the forum i am looking to cycle from Croydon in Surrey to the Cornwall can any your members tell me if there is such a route or if there is a book i may obtain i look forward to any replies and i look forward to using this forum thank you:)
