hot spot on feet
I get hot spots on the balls of my feet, even on short rides, much worse on long rides with the pain going into my toes. I have tried putting in gel insoles to help, and there is no difference. I have had these shoes for three years and they aren't to small, maybe big if anything. I think my left foot is worse which is odd because I feel like my right is stronger, so I thought that leg would apply more pressure. Could this be saddle height? Cleat position up or back?
Thanks

Time for new carbon sole shoes. Go for a wider, D, E, EE, fitting rather than a larger size shoe. Look at your running shoe size as a guide.
