Can't Remember S#!+ Syndrome.

I posted this in the doping forum, but that one doesn't get as much play as this one so, I'm re-posting it here.

So what catchy little French phrase did Flyer use to put at the end of his diatribes. "Something dope", I can't remember to save my life. Apparently it's common to paint on the road during the tours. HELP!
