Anyone know if Shimano dual control levers are compatible with Shimano 105 rear derailleur?

Will they also work with mini-V Brakes?

Anyone know any site which addresses part compatibility?

They should be fine yes, rear mechs are rear mechs. All they have in them are a spring and some pivots, the distance the mech moves is goverened by the ratchets in the shifter.
