What touring books have you read and what can you recommend?

Hi everyone. Who reads touring books and what books would you recommend reading? I've read 'Off the rails' and it's got me hooked at getting back on a bike and completing some serious touring. I'm looking at crossing Canada, the US, Austrailia or something similar and wanted your opinions on what books cut the mustard in this catagory.
