ICBM Aheadset
I have a Schwinn Moab that came with an ICBM Aheadset. When adjusting
the headset there is no amount of torque that I can put on so as to make
the steering "freeze-up". With my other bikes when I over-adjust the
headset the steering becomes stiffer and stiffer. But with this ICBM
Aheadset there is no such thing as over-adjustment. The handlebar still
flops over from side to side as before. The LBS boss told me that that's
the way this headset functions. I'm not sure. But there doesn't seem to
be any abnormal play between the steering column and the headtube. Any
ideas?

Oh before I forget. I also tried adding another spacer plus pounding the
star-fangled nut down another cm. The added leverage did zilch.
