Help! Time Pedals
I have some new Time cleats, but I don't have the manual or any
documentation. Help! What direction on the shoe does the "arrow" on
the cleat point?? Up or down? And what's the rule with the cleat with
the "star" again?

Many thanks!!

Arrow to front, I believe star on the left shoe gives you the lower release
angle. Try both :)

I remember the star on my last ones, but my new ones are just marked R & L
(lower release angle), with some other letter on the opposite side of each.
