Power Tap + Mac=???
Does anybody have any experience of using a Power Tap Pro with a Mac computer running OS X? I've got a Polar XTrainer which works happily on Virtual PC running Windows 98 via a serial adaptor to a Keyspan serial-USB adaptor and was wondering if this set-up would work on the Power Tap software. Any advice would be welcome before I shell out major cash on something I can't use. And no, I don't want to buy a Windows machine thanks!

hi graham,

i don't own a mac, but there are several people running PTs on a Mac (not sure how it's done though). On the Power Tap website (www.power-tap.com) there used to be instructions on how to do this (run PT on a Mac). Not sure if they're still there though...

you may want to contact the power tap people, hopefully they're aware of how to do it! they offer very good help there!

cheers
ric

p.s. hope it's nice down under !?
